Efficient lighting
If you are a company or the owner of a collective building, whose installation is located in the Commune of Yverdon-les-Bains, Eclairage Performant is for you. We include: associations, foundations, SME/SMIs, but also shops and large companies; property owners, PPE or real estate cooperatives, of collective buildings. We exclude companies with a public majority. Individuals (households) are not included.
If you are interested in renovating your lighting installations, the Efficient Lighting action concerns you directly.
You could benefit from a free audit of your lighting installations and a bonus proportional to the energy savings generated.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ACTION?
Eclairage Performant wants to encourage companies to replace lighting installations that generate high electricity consumption with less energy-consuming installations.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The auditor makes the diagnosis (audit) of the lighting installation, the economy simulation and the proposal of the renovation project.
You hire your own electrician or a licensed electrician.
The electrician carries out the work, coordinated by the auditor.
The customer is remunerated through a premium per kWh saved over the first year of operation.
