Special conditions for environmental options
Without an express request from the customer, the default environmental option provided is geco.
The customer may request a change of option, subject to 15 days' notice by the end of a quarter. A meter reading will then be taken. The costs will be charged at the current rate.
The change is not charged if the customer requests it 15 days before the end of the year.
