Every year in December, Yverdon-les-Bains Énergies reads all the water, natural gas and electricity meters in the network. The data collected during this annual reading makes it possible to draw up a total consumption statement for each customer for the past year.

The settlement invoice includes the down payment from November-December as well as any difference between the down payments made and the actual consumption.
