It is now two months since the Chantier de la Rue du Midi started.
Several works have already been carried out and the construction site is progressing according to schedule.
The street has been one-way (in the direction of the Jura) since 3 July and traffic is diverted via the Chemin de Gravelines - Trois Lacs.
The work done to date:
- Clear water outlet in the canal
- Beginning of the deep digging and laying of clear water and sewage collectors.
Throughout the worksite, open days are organised by Yverdon-les-Bains Énergies to inform local residents about the progress of the worksite. The first information point for local residents took place on July 5 in the presence of the Municipal Energy Manager, Pierre Dessemontet.
The next session will take place in September, more information available soon on the page dedicated to the construction site or on the Service's Facebook page.
The construction site will be closed from July 29th to August 13th. Work will resume on Monday, August 14, 2017.
