Understanding my consumption

Water meter

I'm usually made of brass, sometimes hard plastic.

I accurately measure the water consumption of your installation.

Yverdon-les-Bains Energies charges for complete m3, and if you need to communicate my index, please do not take into account the figures after the comma, thank you.

A regular statement (e.g. monthly) makes it possible to identify a leak quickly, without waiting to see it in the annual bill.

A dripping faucet or a dripping toilet flush seems harmless, but it can quickly add up to several litres a day.

Gas meter

I am generally cream, beige or grey, depending on my manufacturer's coquetry.

I measure with precision the consumption of your installation.

If you have to communicate my index, do not take into account the figures after the decimal point, as only complete m3 are recorded for billing purposes.

In the end, these m3 are invoiced by Yverdon-les-Bains Energies in the form of kWh of heating.

Gas rate

Electricity meter

I measure your electricity consumption accurately.

I am still often mechanical, in black metal, with an easy reading of the numbers that scroll, whether there are two lines (double rate) or only one.

I am more and more "electronic", with a digital display.

To read me, it is often necessary to press the button to scroll through my information. My language is simple, and can be presented in several forms

Total consumption T or 1.8.0

Peak hour consumption T1 or 1.8.1

Off-peak consumption Q2 or 1.8.2

If I don't have a button, it's because my display alternates between the two rates.

Consumption is measured - and billed - in kWh.
