The reference capacity for gas billing is the installed capacity of the gas consumers. In order to reduce the billed power, the customer can have his boiler flanged by a service technician from the manufacturer of your boiler. A visit on site by our technicians is then required by the customer to have the new reference power validated for billing purposes.
