Special conditions for environmental options
Without an express request from the customer, the ecological option provided by default is eeco.
The client may request the change of option, with 15 days notice for the end of a quarter. A meter reading will then be taken. Charges will be billed at the rate in effect. The change will not be billed if the customer requests it 15 days before the end of the year.
