The building sector accounts for one third of total primary energy consumption and currently has the greatest potential to reduce energy consumption.
In order to contribute to the energy improvement of Yverdon's building stock, the Commune, through equiwatt, allocates a subsidy in addition to the cantonal subsidy for the establishment of a CECB®Plus energy balance.
The Cantonal Energy Certificate for Buildings provides an energy assessment of your property and allows you to establish an appropriate renovation strategy.
